Thankful!
God is slowly answering prayer. Sometimes we want everything now, don’t we? We wonder at times why things are only given to us in small increments. Today I am thankful…we received a donation lead to pick up a refrigerator so we can store more donations. I have had 3 people contact me in the past couple weeks with admin and fundraising skills that need a total of almost 350 community service hours. They will hopefully be able to assist us in some key projects. We have a pastor who came to us to offer his services serving the children/youth that attend FC fellowship. This is all without much work from us, except prayer and some ads! Thank you God we wait for more to come!

Donations needed for Valentines Baskets for Fundraiser 2-8-13
We are underway with planning for our fundraiser coming up. We have contacted local merchant and artists. People are so generous and it has been a breath of fresh air. Our volunteer Janel has been doing a bang up job on getting various items. Martha and I went out yesterday in Encinitas and were excited about the response and got some lovely items. We received a beautiful silk woven scarf and 11 haircuts donated from a great salon and boutique!
If you or anyone you know has a creative streak or has a product/service to offer and would consider donating, please contact me. Our hope is to have 10 baskets to sell and 1-2 bigger items for raffles.
All for a good cause as we continue our mission and vision extending a hand in the community to come alongside of people trying to get their lives back together. We are a compliment and addition to many great community resources!!!
Santa stopped by Full Circle Vista Fellowship
This past Saturday we turned our emphasis on the kids who join in to our fellowship. We had an appearance from Santa and his elves to pass out a gift to each child. We continue to partner with Toys for Tots and additional donations from volunteers to add to the gifts. We enjoyed some Christmas songs led by John and his wife. They were gracious as the kids were right up by them eagerly listening and of course waiting for Santa!! We also enjoyed a home cooked meal prepared by Chef Rob who has been serving with us for a few years. It wasn’t our usual night of order and was a little chaotic, but hopefully the kids enjoyed it.
